Consultation fees are due upon service confirmation. Trip planning services require a 50% deposit with the balance due 14 days before travel. Accommodation and activity bookings may require immediate payment to secure reservations.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel receive a full refund minus a $200 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to vendor-specific cancellation policies, which vary by accommodation and activity provider.
